Cacao Rocks and Thisisopium

In some cases, a solitary print may be sufficient to express a powerful symbol of opposition to hegemonistic elements in a country. However, there are also instances in which a full movement might grow in response to a newly formed situation in society. As a reaction to the changing situation in society, more and more graffiti artists began to emerge at the top of urban life after the economic woes that hit Greece hard during and after the years of recession. INO, MaPet, Bleeps, Absent, or Cacao Rocks are street artists who portray themselves through the notions of rebellion, transformation, and revolt.
